Architects and developers worked together on a project that would avoid the use of fossil fuels and nearly eliminate utility bills. It’s a daunting challenge but it was worthwhile. Temperatures are regulated through the use of top-notch insulation techniques, air-source heat pumps, and recovery ventilators.
