Cinnamon essential oil promotes metabolic function, which not only aids in digestion but overall health for your body’s internal systems. Other benefits of cinnamon essential oil include:

Rosemary essential oil is more than just an herb for rotisserie. It is used in many remedies to soothe respiratory stress and dysfunction, stiff muscles, and fatigue in your mental and adrenal systems. Other great properties of rosemary essential oil include:
- analgesic
- thins mucus
- stimulant
- improves brain function (which is always good)
